How do I know how much fabric is needed for the contrast vs. the solid color? Is there a way you could provide measurements for the Hello Sailor Swim Bottoms and the Siren Swim Top in this way?

    • patternsforpirates – August 1, 2017

You need the length- so the same for the regular bottoms. You will have extra width, but you still need the same length yardage. I hope that helps!

Fantastic pattern! As you can see from the pictures, they look great on every body type. I sewed the rouged side panel option and the skirt option. They were easy to sew, so comfortable, and so so cute! The pattern was great and easy to follow and the sizing was spot on. I even modified this pattern with the siren top to make a cute one piece. Thank you for such a great pattern!

What paper size is needed for printing? How many pattern pieces are there?

    • patternsforpirates – June 19, 2019

The pattern comes with letter paper size, a4 paper size and a0 paper size. The pattern pieces are 28 pages to print all options (but you can only print the option you’d like to sew on less pages 🙂 )
