Description
This is a PDF sewing pattern and tutorial to teach you how to create these garments. THIS IS NOT A FINISHED PRODUCT.
The Basic Tee- V Figure is the perfect base pattern to have on hand for all your tshirt needs. It is a slimmer fit though body and sleeves- perfect for pairing with jeans, joggers, or layering under a hoodie. You can choose from a crew neckline or v neckline, short, 3/4, long with or without cuffed sleeves to have a ton of options to mix and match a whole wardrobe of shirts. The fit works well with a variety of light to mid-weight knits with moderate stretch.
Pattern includes short (5’6″), average (5’10’), and tall (6’2″) lengths to help with some common adjustments needed for all the people in our life.
Any age will love this super classic style that can be made into a super trendy look, athletic, everyday, and is a great base for whipping up an entire stack that don’t look the same!

Printing and file help
Start with the instructions for your pattern and choose an available file that matches how you plan to use it.
- Save the PDF to your device. For reliable access to size layers, open it in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader desktop app. Layer support varies in other PDF viewers.
- For home printing, choose Actual size or 100%. Turn off options that shrink, enlarge, or fit the pattern to the page.
- Print the page with the test square first. Measure it against the dimensions shown in your file before printing the remaining pages.
If your file has size layers, select the sizes you need and keep any shared markings shown in the instructions. Follow the pattern’s page layout when assembling.
If your PDF app asks for an editing password, switch to viewing or printing instead. You do not need editing access to print the pattern.
